Mr. N.C Gupta, a great visionary and developer of human resource potential, has played a role in instituting Quality processes and Complete Quality Management System at MetaWing Technologies. He has over 40 years of corporate experience and has been a visionary in identifying new electronic markets and strategic partners.

He is interested in foreseeing the trends and crucial directions in the deployment of technology for quantum change in organisation effectiveness. He heads the Quality Committees of various Industry bodies. His career include position of Senior Accounts Manager at Ashoka Hotel and Vice President of Marketing in Computers and Industrial Relationships at DCM.

Sonia Bansal
Chief Operating Officer

Sonia joined MetaWing in 2008 and has contributed towards streamlining the operations of MetaWing from an entrepreneur-driven operation to a more structured organization. MetaWing's rapid growth left little time for its founder to look after these aspects and Sonia's management skills helped MetaWing to be professionally managed. She also formed alliances on behalf of MetaWing with various government and industry associations. Sonia represents MetaWing and client companies at various meetings and seminars.

Prior to MetaWing, Sonia worked for The Book Corner,a leading publishing unit in India, where she rose from a managerial role in the marketing department to become the deputy chairman of the Company’s board.

Dileep Jain
Vice President of Finance

Dileep joined MetaWing Technologies as Vice President, Finance in 2008. His responsibilities include overseeing the work of the Finance Department, coordinating the company's financial planning and budgeting, accounting and reporting, transaction services and treasury functions. He has a distinguished experience of working with new ventures and providing support in raising and investing funds and making provisions for the expansion-related expenses.

He is also responsible for managing MetaWing's relations with the various government and nodal agencies.

Paras Gupta
Vice President of Marketing & Strategy Consultant

Paras is working as Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Consultant at MetaWing Technologies. He is responsible for key strategic initiatives, guidance and market research. His areas of expertise include brand management and risk analysis. After completing his PGDM, he has an extensive industry experience in Marketing.

His career includes the positions of Marketing Manager, Lead Technology Strategist at Network 18.
